At the beginning of November, Ally Hughes and I, co-led a 20-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training at True Moon Yoga! The weekend was packed with anatomy, physiology, postures, practice teaching, and sequence creations. We had a cohort full of radiant women who were eager to learn about the incredible practice of Yin Yoga!
Being able to lead yoga teacher training offerings is one of my favorite parts of my job! I love sharing my knowledge with others but observing the trainees grow and step into their own spotlights is where the magic lies! I love watching the trainees find their voices because personally, I love watching the trainees graduate and go on to expand their practices - either by teaching or just being an informed student.
